Rolling Meadows is a free mobile game published by Misaligned Games. This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

Misaligned Games is the trading name of Misaligned Games SAS, SIREN 982 145 740 (RCS Bobigny), registered office 204 B avenue Pasteur, 93170 Bagnolet, France. Misaligned Games SAS is the data controller for the data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Gameplay analytics (PostHog, EU servers). Events such as starting a bowl, finishing it, score and time, plus page views inside the game. Events are stored under your device's Android device identifier (ANDROID_ID), not under your name or email.
• Approximate location. Country-level, derived from your IP address by PostHog and by AppsFlyer for aggregate reporting. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
• Install attribution (AppsFlyer). Your device's advertising ID (GAID) and basic install and app-open events, to measure which ad campaigns lead to installs. The app declares the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this.

What we do not collect

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or account credentials (the game has no accounts)
• Contacts, photos, files, messages or audio
• Precise location
• Payment information (the game has no purchases)

How it is used and shared

Analytics data is used only to understand and improve the game. Attribution data is used to measure our advertising: AppsFlyer processes it on our behalf and sends install attribution, which contains the advertising ID, to the ad networks we advertise with (for example Google Ads and AppLovin) so they can report which ads led to installs. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles of you.

All data is encrypted in transit.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to delete the data associated with your device at any time: request data deletion, or email support@misaligned.games. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID yourself in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which severs install attribution; the Android device identifier changes only when the device is factory reset.

Children

Rolling Meadows is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The game has no accounts, chat or social features.
